Educators seek out opportunities for leadership to support student empowerment and success and to improve teaching and learning.
PowerPoint + Screencastify
Being a mindful leader can have a significant impact on supporting student empowerment and success, as well as improving teaching and learning within an educational setting. Mindful leadership involves self-awareness, empathy, and a focus on the present moment, which can create a positive and nurturing environment for both educators and students. Being a mindful leader can contribute to the following goals: emotional regulation, empathy and understanding, resilience and adaptability, supporting teacher growth, cultivating inclusivity and diversity, promoting student voice, reducing stress and promoting well-being, and collaborative and inclusive leadership. I created this presentation using PowerPoint and Screencastify about mindfulness at work.
